How much does shipping cost?
We offer a shipping flat rate of $8 to North Island and $12 to South Island. Spend $100 and receive free shipping (*conditions apply).

How long will my order take to process?
Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email for your order to be processed . We are a small team also running a busy fabric shop! We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible. Orders received after 4pm will be processed the next business day.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping times depend on your location. Please allow extra time if your parcel is being delivered to a rural address or to the South Island.

Can I pick my order up?
Yes, we offer in store pick up for your online orders. Place your order and select pick-up at checkout. You will receive an email with instructions to let you know when your order is ready for collection. Please allow 1-2 business days for your fabric to be cut. Our in store pick-up hours are 9am-4pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-2pm Saturday. Nick's Fabrics is closed Sundays. Please make sure you have your email order confirmation on you when you come to collect.

We dispatch all parcels from Nick's Fabrics in Otara, Auckland, using GoSweetSpot. All of our parcels are packed using eco-friendly courier bags.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please get in touch to arrange international shipping if you live overseas.

*Free shipping conditions: (Spend $100 and receive free shipping). There is a 10kg weight limit implemented on any order of $100 or more. Additional shipping costs due to the weight of your order will apply. On the condition your total order weight exceeds 10kg we will be in touch to arrange payment for any additional costs.
